How to Manage Employee Data

TimeCard Report

For administrators,

Go to the “Dashboard” tab in the taskbar.

This will bring you to the “Manage your employee's data” dashboard where you can select the “TimeCard Report” tab.

This will display a list of employees with a summary of their working and break hours for the current day. You can adjust the date filter to display timecard data from a specific date range. You also have the option to change the user filter to only display data for particular employees.

Click on any user to see a more detailed view of their workday or to manually edit their working hours.

Click “Save” once you are done or click “Cancel” at any time to discard your changes.
