Solution Overview   

Zenduit serves as a premier integrator of fleet systems, specializing in the seamless integration of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) like McLeod alongside CRM, ERP solutions, and other proprietary systems across various industries including airports, waste management, and government. Our expertise extends to implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) Identity Providers (IDP), leveraging Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI, and integrating with asset management and maintenance systems such as Maximo, Fiix, and RTA. Our approach is centered on enriching and optimizing workflows around Geotab data to drive business efficiencies through a consultative, customer-centric mindset

Setup and Deployment

Setup the Service Account  

Follow the steps below to set up the new service account.

  1. Log in to MyGeotab and navigate to (1) Administration > (2) Users, and click the (3) Add button.

  1. On the New User page, complete the following:

    1. User (Email) — use the following convention to enter the new user email:

service-<YourDatabaseName>@zenduit.com

  1. Password — create a strong password and share it with Zenduit by emailing: servicedesk@zenduit.com.

  2. Force password change on next login —  toggle to No.

  3. Security clearance — Administrator

  4. Data access — select Everything.

  5. Click Save.

 

Email the Details  

  • Email on integrations@zenduit.com providing details about the requirements related to the custom development or the integration that is needed.

  • Provide details about any existing solution they are currently using.

  • Provide the link to the 3rd party system they want to integrate with (if any).

  • Provide the link to the API documentation/SDK of the 3rd party system (if any).
