Follow the steps below to set up the new service account.
Log in to MyGeotab and navigate to (1) Administration > (2) Users, and click the (3) Add button.
On the New User page, complete the following:
User (Email) — use the following convention to enter the new user email:
service-<YourDatabaseName>@zenduit.com
Password — create a strong password and share it with GoZen by emailing: servicedesk@zenduit.com.
Force password change on next login — toggle to No.
Security clearance — Administrator
Data access — select Everything.
Click Save.
Email the Details
Email on integrations@zenduit.com providing details about the requirements related to the custom development or the integration that is needed.
Provide details about any existing solution they are currently using.
Provide the link to the 3rd party system they want to integrate with (if any).
Provide the link to the API documentation/SDK of the 3rd party system (if any).
