ZenduONE Driver's App - Getting started
The ZenduOne Driver's App makes it easy for drivers to stay connected and manage their tasks while on the go.
Here are some of the key features available to drivers using the app:
Review and Self-Coach: Drivers can review any triggered violations and use this information to improve their driving. The ZenduOne app aims to encourage drivers to be proactive about self-coaching, rather than waiting for a manager to review violations on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Assets Page: Drivers have access to the assets page, which shows them the vehicles they drive and any triggered events related to those assets/ vehicles. Drivers can only see information related to their own activity, and not that of other drivers.
ZenScore: Driver's can now view their Safety Scores, based on their performance each week. This comes with the option to see the rules that have been broken and if available, then they also see a list of videos associated with those violations that are reported. These could either be the general rules or custom rules added by their manager. Driver's can also see their performance compared to the averages of the fleet or group they are associated with.
