ZenduONE Forms Troubleshooting

ZenduForms

ZenduForms provides the capability to create custom forms as per requirements. These forms can be sent to anyone using QR code or URL for submissions. The forms can also be sent as tasks to drivers that the drivers can fill using the ZenduConnect mobile application.

Forms not visible in ZenduOne WORK

  1. Log in to ZenduONE. Go to Forms tab.
  2. Create a new form by clicking on Create Form button on the top right.
  3. Name the form and configure it according to your need.
  4. Save the form.
  5. Check again in the Work module by creating the job there.

Form submissions are not visible

  1. Log in to ZenduONE. Go to Forms tab.
  2. Go to Submissions tab.
  3. Make sure that the filters from the left bar and the top bar includes the template and date range of the submission.

Form not available to the driver for submission

  1. Log in to ZenduONE. Go to Forms tab.
  2. Send task to the driver either by clicking send task button from the top or 3 dots against the template you want your driver to submit.
  3. The driver has to log in to ZenduConnect application and go to the Forms module > Tasks tab.
  4. The latest task sent to the driver should be on the top. They can click it and submit the details.
