ZenduMaintenance - Displaying blank screen
This article explains how to troubleshoot your device when it is displaying a blank screen.
Steps
1. Go to Chrome Browser do 'Empty cache and Hard Reload '.
2. To do Empty cache and Hard Reload :
Click on 'F12' and right-click on the Reload button, then, click 'Hard Reload' as displayed in the below image.
Alternate steps
In case if there isn't an 'empty cache and hard reload' option you may follow the below steps
1. Go to Chrome Settings -> More Tools-> Clear the browsing data and cache.
2. After clearing the cache, click on 'F12' and right-click on the Reload button, then, click 'Hard Reload' as displayed in the below image.
