Video Request - Trax/ZenduCAM
Procedure:
Information needed: Date, Time and Vehicle name (for the unit which was in incident)
- Login to Zenducam:
- Search for the Vehicle you wish to retrieve the footage:
- Click on Camera:
- Click on Video Request:
- Fill out all the necessary information:
- Click on Submit
Once you submit the request after that you will receive an email with the video footage.
