Geotab Drive App - storage capacity limit


How to Clear Cache for Geotab Drive



If you are unable to log in to Geotab Drive because the application has reached its storage capacity limit.


For iPhone/iPad

1. Open Settings on your device.

2. Go to General.

3. Scroll down and select iPhone Storage or iPad Storage.

4. Find and tap on Geotab Drive from the list of apps.

5. Choose Offload App to clear the cache.

For Android

1. Open Settings on your device.

2. Navigate to Applications or Apps.

3. Find and tap on Geotab Drive.

4. Select Storage.

5. Tap on Clear Cache to clear the cache.
