SW Device Offline

Provide the Device_info and Log Folders

You can do that by following the steps below:


1.    Power off the unit, retrieve the SD card and insert it into a PC (you may use a card reader).

2.    Find the device_info and log folders and compress them (using zip or rar) into 1 folder.




3.    Zip them into one folder and email it over to us.
