SS - Z6 Not Powering On

Issue: Z6 Device not turning On


Pease try the following steps;
•       Check if there’s a battery drain kill switch.
•       Charge it for 15 – 60 minutes with a 2A power source.
      o       If the device is installed and connected to a vehicle, make sure recommended cables and vehicle running.
      o       If the device is not installed to a vehicle -- test bench, 2A USB charger and the Surfsight USB cable

•       If after 30 minutes it is still off, try the following:
      o       Disconnect the power cable from the device and wait 10 seconds.
      o       Remove the cover from the SIM/SD section and locate the pinhole of the reset button.
      o       Reconnect the power cable and immediately press the reset button. This sequence makes Android skip checking the battery charge level on the boot and start the OS and its apps right away.
