Reset Password for a ZenduONE User

Procedure:

  1. Login to ZenduOne
  2. Navigate to Users then click on the user you wish to reset the password for:

  4. Click on Reset Password then click on Save User:

  6. Once you click on Reset password: ( user will receive an email with the new password URL)
Password has been successfully reset.
