How to Supervisor can create a Job in ZenduCam ?
Introduction:
This article will guide you through with a step-by-step procedure to create the Jobs for the drivers through the supervisor in ZenduCam.
Procedure:
Job Details
Click the “Add Job” button in the top right corner of the “Jobs” home screen.
Click the “Add Job” button in the top right corner of the “Jobs” home screen.
Enter the name of the job in the mandatory “Job Name” field.
Enter the internal reference number in the optional “Job ref#” field.
Select a date and time when the job is due from the mandatory “Due Date” field.
Select the work order form that the driver must fill out upon arrival at the destination in the “Work Form” field. If no work order form is selected, the system will populate the field with a default.
So through the above steps, the supervisors can create and assign the jobs to drivers.
