ZenduONE App - How can drivers access jobs on mobile?

Introduction:

This article will guide you through with a step-by-step procedure to help the drivers athe Jobs in ZenduONE.

Overview

The application where the drivers can access the jobs is called “ZenduONE”. It is available on both the iOS and  Android app stores. Please ask your drivers to download this application on their phones or tablets.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the application by entering your phone number. Include the country code but do not include the “+” sign (e.g. 18023445898). Enter the OTP verification code when prompted.

  2. Click the gear icon in the top right of the screen and enable “Activate tracking”.

  3. Return to the home page and click the “Jobs” card.

  4. Use the “Date Range” and “Status” filters at the top of the screen to find relevant jobs.

  5. Select the job you plan on starting.

  6. This page provides a summary of the stops necessary to complete the job.

  7. Click “Preview” to view the recommended route.

  8. Click “Start” to begin the job.

  9. The option to open an external navigation app (to see turn-by-turn navigation) is available by clicking on the arrow button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
