How to Enable Hotspot from ZenduIOT Portal & Veyes Application

Introduction: Enabling Hotspot for ZenduCam from ZenduIOT Portal & Veyes Application

This guide will walk you through the process of enabling the hotspot feature for your ZenduCam from ZenduIOT Portal

Whether you're setting up your device for the first time or troubleshooting connectivity issues, this resource will provide you with step-by-step instructions to ensure a seamless experience. Let’s get started!

Below are the steps on how to enable the Hotspot from ZenduIOT Portal:

  1. Login to the ZenduIOT Portal and select one of the online camera from the Map and then from the Assets Tab click on the device settings
  2. Fill in the required fields 
  1. Scroll to the bottom and Enable the Hotspot
  2. In the Encryption section select WPA
  3. The customer can select their own Enter Hotspot Name and Password
  4. Save Configuration


Below are the steps on how to enable the Hotspot from Veyes Application:

  1. Check if the Camera is powered on.
  2. Check if SIM is inserted.
  3. If SIM is not present, then insert the SIM and Repower the camera.
  4. Wait for Green Power and Green Wi-Fi for ADAS/LITE or red for ADP


Connect to Wi-Fi. (Ensure connected to camera 003F or 00D2 or 00710).


  1. Launch Veyes application.
  2. See you are connected to the camera.
  3. Enter the username: admin
  4. Enter the password: admin


Click on the Preferences option.



Go to Network>WIFI



Enable the AP



Select 2.4G as WIFI Mode



Turn on the Hotspot and Save
