Removing users off of ZenduMaintenance completely

Completely Removing Users Off of ZenduMaintenance

This article explains how to completely remove users off of Zendu Maintenance.

We would not be able to remove these records completely if the system throws an error message.
  1. If the user ever logged into the application before - and therefore they have some historical data - you won't be able to delete his/her information and profile.
  2. Technically, when the user logs in, a new entry in the tblAuthorization is created to store some of his/her session details information and this is not possible to be deleted for now in case you need it for any future audits.
We typically recommend inactivating your unwanted users (since there is no limit for inactive users) so you can keep track of this information. Additionally, you can remove their email address. This will release your seats and you will be able to create new active users.
