Overview

This procedure demonstrates how to add images using the mobile app. Images can be uploaded from previously saved items, or by using the camera built into your mobile device.  Images can be uploaded to the Users/User Groups, Businesses, Assets, and Work Order modules. The steps to follow are identical for all four modules.

How to Add an Instant Photo

1. Open a record, press Documents, and Add Documents

2. Click on add image

3. This will bring up your camera. Take the photo, and it will be automatically uploaded to your asset.

Note: You will need to grant the app access to your camera

4. You can add more than one image to an asset. If you do, it is just a matter of sliding the image to the left and right to toggle between them.

5. Selecting the image will display it in Fullscreen mode
