Getting started with ZenduONE Mobile app

Procedure:

Download the ZenduOne Mobile app using the below URL:
Google Play Store: ZenduOne App - Play Store
App Store: ZenduOne App - iOS

NOTE: Only admins will have access to Modify/Add the users

There are 3 ways to login into the ZenduONE app:
  1. Login using Phone number:
    1. Please link your phone number to your ZenduCAM User profile (Modify User Profile):
    2. ZenduONE Mobile APP Login Screen using phone number:

  2. Login Using Email Address:
    1. NOTE: Use the credentials for the ZenduOne login
    2. To get the ZenduONE Credentials, please Add user in ZenduCAM and then reset the password from ZenduONE desktop App, once the user receives the email with the new password for ZenduONE please login using those credentials


    5. ZenduONE Login page using Email address:

    7. If you don't have the ZenduONE credentials please reach out to your admin or your reseller channel partner to get the access.

  3. Login using Geotab:
    1. Please use the Geotab Credentials to login to your ZenduONE mobile app, 
    2. NOTE: Please ensure that the correct database name is added
