  3. Ensure Driver is Logged into ZenduOne Mobile App

  4. Check that the driver has logged into the ZenduOne Mobile app to allow for auto-assignment.

  5. Verify Location Services Are Turned On

  6. Ensure that location services are enabled on the driver’s device.

  7. Confirm ZenduOne Mobile App Is Updated

  8. Verify that the app is updated to the latest version for both iOS and Android to avoid compatibility issues.
