Deleting Assets, Work Orders, and Businesses on Mobile
Overview
The following procedure demonstrates how to delete Assets, Work Orders, and Businesses. The following procedure is identical for deleting records in each module.
Note: An “Alert” message will generate if you are attempting to delete a record that has other records associated with it. Data cannot be deleted until the associated records are removed:
Procedure:
1. Select an Asset, Work Order, or Businesses record
2. Press the Edit button
3. Press Delete
4. Press OK to complete
Your record will now be deleted, provided it is not linked to anything else in the CMMS as outlined at the start of this procedure
