SS - Z6 Tips for camera to show Live Video

Some acquired tips when working with the camera -- according to GA DDS operation.

      - Make sure it is connected to a charger whenever it is not used. (insufficient power is a major reason why it is not working properly)
      - Make sure the camera is charged for 1 hour (idle state) before using it, (you may reboot it or shake it to wake it up and calibrate the device).
      - When having issues viewing the video from the website, refresh the browser and clear the cache (when the video is not loading) reload and
wait for a couple of minutes, and reload as necessary. (rebooting helps)
      - Press the reset button (below the sim card slot, you need to open the device with a small screwdriver).
      - Reboot/Power cycle the camera - press the red button for 5 seconds.

**cellular signal and weather can also affect live video performance
**slow internet connection would take time for the camera to show live videos
**During road tests or when the camera is mobile, it needs constant power otherwise it shuts off. When you experience this situation it is highly probable that the power supplying the camera is not reliable (either the cable is not good or the battery or the power bank is not good).

When checking the camera in the portal:

      1. When the camera icon is grey meaning the device is offline. The orange square indicates the camera is connected to power but it is idle (not
moving). No live footage. Please press the red button for 5 seconds to restart/reboot the camera.

      2. When the camera icon is green meaning the device is online. The orange square indicates the camera is connected to power but it is idle (not
      moving). There is live footage.

  3. When you have both grey square and camera it means the device is Offline and it's shut down. The camera is Off and needs to be turned On, or needs to be connected to a constant power source until it is sufficiently charged and capable of operating. Check the power source, cable, and power bank.
